Enhancing the creation of job opportunities and the importance of business creation. Recognizing her that same year as one of the 50 powerful minority women in business.
2011
DoverStaffing was recognized as one of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s “SBA 100”, acknowledging companies across America for job creation, and was ranked number two by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing women-owned firms.
2012
Ms.Dover was featured in The Business Journals from Beginners to Bigshots segment and was quoted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle discussing the skills gap and how the right training can provide a solution to unemployment.
2013
Ms. Dover was also named as one of Enterprising Women Magazine’s Enterprising Women of the Year and the Atlanta Business League’s 100 Women of Influence.
2016
Graduated from the Georgia Mentor Protege Connection with The Coca-Cola Company as mentor.
2018
Received the Pinnacle Leadership Award from Fortitude Educational and Cultural Development Center.
2019
Ms. Dover was appointed to the Fulton County Workforce Development Board as Vice Chair.

Received the Heritage Award from the Atlanta Business Journal and Georgia Minority Business Award.
