We designed our Certified Customer Service Specialist Program to provide a comprehensive entry-level program for adults with no prior office experience.
Students who have successfully completed the course will have increased proficiency in customer service skills such as keyboarding/typing, computer software packages, customer interfacing, clerical skills, telephone etiquette and diction.
Students will also receive job readiness training including resume preparation, dressing for success, interviewing skills and job placement assistance.
We introduce various career options in the customer service field that provide students the opportunity to learn valuable skills necessary to obtain and maintain gainful employment.
Additionally and equally important, the Certified Customer Service Specialist Training Program graduates have exhibited heightened self-esteem and confidence in myriad areas of their personal and professional lives as measured by our comprehensive pre- and post-test and through our one-on-one interaction and continued support of our graduates.
