Program Overview:
In 2009, the State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services Statewide Contract (SWC) was enacted to expand employment opportunities. The contracting vehicle affords any municipality (e.g. Georgia Parks and Recreation) or Georgia state agency (e.g. Department of Corrections) the ability to easily and fiscally procure temporary staff using approved, fully vetted staffing vendors. The vendors chosen have proven success with niche business needs.

As an approved vendor with a keen understanding of the unique requirements of a government program, DoverManagement was chosen by multiple agencies within the State of Georgia to quickly develop a tailored action plan and project goals. In addition, the Dover team also recruited and vetted eligible professionals who where then assigned to several offices within State of Georgia agencies.
DoverManagement Results:
The Dover Management team screened and quickly placed more than 125 qualified applicants within various State of Georgia agencies. Throughout the program, the team continued to engage with their State of Georgia counterparts to ensure operational efficiency and employee compliance. Among the 125 applicants screened and placed by Dover, more than half were hired into full-time positions. Today, the DoverManagement Team remains an approved vendor under the SWC.
